Introducing the 2010 'Roadman of the Year' awards!

SGD TEAM Business is honoring the road warriors of the team sports business and their crucial role as the
virtual backbone in the relationship between brands, team dealers, coaches, and athletic directors.
SGD TEAM Business felt it was time to honor these often underappreciated team road reps with an
industry award that will withstand the test of time - induction into The Roadman Club.

SGD TEAM Business will only honor five Roadman recipients each year, inducting them into the SGD TEAM Business
Roadman Club - a “hall of fame” for the hardest-working reps in the market.

| Nominations |
Nominees are now being accepted online at www.RoadManClub.com.
You may nominate as many individuals as you would like. Nominations will close on January 31, 2010 and the
top candidates will then be reviewed by the athletic directors and managers within their respective markets.

| Eligibility |
|
Candidates must currently work for a team dealer or sporting goods retailer and must be an active road rep
that currently calls on schools, college, or other institutional buyers in a sales and service capacity.

nominations is January 31, 2010. Five finalists will be selected by a blue ribbon panel of industry
executives, along with editors and analysts from SportsOneSource. Finalists will be honored in the
April/May 2010 issue of SGD TEAM Business.

| Banquet |
|
The SGD TEAM Business Roadman Awards will be presented at a banquet at the Saddlebrook Resort in Florida on
May 2, 2010. The banquet will be held in conjunction with the NSGA Management Conference and Team Dealer
Summit. The five Roadman Club winners will receive complimentary airfare, hotel, and registration to the NSGA
Management conference.
