The nomination process is now closed for the Third Annual SGB '40 Under 40' Awards.
Think ahead for next year to nominate a key manager who has had an impact on your
business or the industry as a whole. The awards are open to anyone under 40 years
of age that actively works in the sporting goods industry. The candidate can be a key
retail executive, a buyer, a store manager, a sales rep, an agency head, or anyone
working for a vendor, distributor, or wholesaler. Don't forget our friends at the trade
associations!

| Eligibility: |
|
Candidates must be born on or after January 1, 1970 and work in the sporting goods industry. Candidates can
represent suppliers, distributors, agencies, or manufacturers. They can be CEOs, key retail executives, buyers,
designers, entrepreneurs, managers, marketing/PR agents and/or sales reps.

| Nomination Process: |
|
Nominations for the 2010 awards are now closed. Each year, sports and outdoor industry professionals nominate their peers, bosses, employees, customers
and reps as the best and brightest young managers in the business. Nominations for the 2011 SGB 40 Under 40 program will open in fall 2010.

Nominations are now closed for the 2010 program.

| Selection Process |
|
Final SGB 40 Under 40 honorees are selected by a panel of industry executives and media editors based on the nominations compiled.
Honorees will be notified in March 2010. |

|
The Third-Annual SGB 40 Under 40 Awards weekend will be held May 21-23, 2010 in South Beach Miami, FL.. |
